He could have just gone with it but instead he really questioned me about why that was what I wanted. He wanted to be sure I would get the value out of the more expensive option. I even received a quote for a traditional asphalt roof in addition to the metal. They are out to get you the right solution for your application rather than the most expensive option.
I made the mistake of scheduling in the fall so project start got pushed a few times but that wasn't Carter's fault. They were pretty good about getting back to me when I called and didn't mind answering the same questions multiple times. Both Jim and the owner Austin were on site throughout the installation and cleanup to be sure everything was done right.
